About The Position

As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you promote public safety and ensure compliance with parking regulations. You patrol assigned parking areas, document violations, assist and educate parkers, report incidents and issues, and help maintain orderly and fair use of public parking spaces. The position also involves caring for issued equipment and vehicles, supporting the enforcement team, and identifying ways to improve enforcement efficiency and profitability.

The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $22.00–$24.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately document violations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned parking areas to enforce regulations and address violations promptly.
• Accurately document parking violations and maintain proper records.

• Identify opportunities to improve enforcement efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance profitability for the company and its clients.
