About The Position

As a parking enforcement officer, you promote public safety and ensure compliance with parking regulations. You are a friendly point of contact for drivers using public spaces and help create an orderly and fair community by enforcing parking laws and regulations. The role includes patrolling assigned parking areas, documenting violations, caring for issued equipment and vehicles, communicating with customers and colleagues, and supporting the team. You also provide customer service and guidance to parkers, assist in emergencies, and help improve enforcement efficiency and revenue collection.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately document violations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned parking areas to enforce parking regulations and address violations promptly.
• Accurately document parking violations and maintain proper records.
• Take responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of issued equipment and vehicles.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Promptly report incidents, security concerns, and maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and superiors.
• Foster unity and camaraderie within the parking enforcement team, support colleagues, and promote a positive working atmosphere.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing parkers’ inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism.

• Identify opportunities to improve parking enforcement efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance profitability for the Company and its clients.
