About The Position
The Parking Attendant maintains the flow and order of the parking lot at Willamette Pass Resort by guiding guests to parking and removing snow as needed. The role supports the resort’s purpose of giving people the freedom to ski and helps provide guests with a positive experience on arrival and departure.
Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull 50 pounds, individually or with assistance.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with changing conditions, including freezing temperatures, snow, wind, rain, and low visibility.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
- Give clear directions and assist guests in finding parking spaces.
- Ensure parking-area signage is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with removing snow from parking locations.
- Communicate issues, emergencies, or irregularities to the parking supervisor.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area.
