About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring non-driving, non-valet Parking Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves directing patrons to parking spaces, issuing tickets, processing exceptions, and completing shift paperwork. Attendants provide customer service in accordance with company standards and may also perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other duties based on operational needs. Shifts are available in the mornings, on weekends, and on holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Read, comprehend, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with employees and parking customers.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and friendly manner.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree (preferred but not required).
• One or more years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Issue customer tickets and record the required information on each ticket.
• Process exception transactions, such as lost tickets and grace-period tickets, according to company policy and complete applicable forms.
• Complete daily shift paperwork, recording transactions by parking rate, vehicles entering and leaving the facility, contract parkers, vehicles remaining in the facility, validated tickets, and exception tickets.
• Provide service according to company standards, including maintaining the required uniform appearance, greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers upon exit.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to company checklists when requested by local management.
• Complete special projects assigned by location management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
