About The Position

Family Pathways is seeking a Part-time Supervised Visitation Monitor to join our Parenting Time Services program. This role is responsible for providing a safe, neutral, and nurturing environment for children to interact and engage with their non-custodial parent(s). The position supports Family Pathways' mission to enhance lives through essential services and champion positive social change within the community.

Requirements

Highly engaged.
Comfortable and experienced working with children and families.
Effective and detail-oriented with observation, written documentation, and verbal communication.
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Unbiased and neutral.
Comfortable with traveling to various locations.
Punctual and reliable.
Comfortable & knowledgeable with iPads, computers, MS Office, MS 365, Outlook.
Passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

Provide a clean and safe place of interaction for children and families.
Observe and document visitations.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning families and their cases.
Remain unbiased and neutral when building relationships with parents and children.
Travel to various Parenting Time Services locations throughout the service area in Chisago and neighboring counties.
Keep scheduled visitation appointments punctually and reliably.
Utilize iPads, computers, MS Office, MS 365, and Outlook effectively.
Act as a role model for organizational practices, policies, procedures, and mission.
