About The Position

Northwoods Credit Union (NCU) in Cloquet, MN is seeking a full-time, entry-level Member Service Representative (MSR/Teller) to join their team. This position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour or more depending on experience, plus eligibility to earn incentive pay. NCU also offers a performance-based career path with advancement opportunities. Candidates with relevant credit union or MSR/Teller experience may be considered for placement at the MSR II or III level and may be offered a higher starting wage. The role involves building trusted relationships, creating meaningful impact, and being part of a supportive, collaborative team. As the friendly first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional service, process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, and recommend solutions that support member goals. You will play a vital role in strengthening members' financial well-being and the community by creating positive experiences and building connections that support NCU's vision of building life-long relationships, one member at a time.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid driver's license is required.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus, but not required.
Relevant credit union or MSR/Teller experience may be considered for placement at the MSR II or III level.
