About The Position

The Member Services Specialist serves as a primary frontline representative of the credit union, responsible for delivering accurate, professional, and member-focused service. This role supports new membership onboarding, account opening, and transactional services while ensuring members receive welcoming, efficient, and consistent experience. The Member Services Specialist role is designed as a member-facing execution role and does not include lending approval authority or ownership of complex service resolution.
