About The Position

The Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) is the welcoming face of the business and a key driver of growth. This is a sales, relationship-building, marketing, and community-facing role—not simply a front-desk position. The PRM owns the parent journey from first interaction through enrollment and ongoing relationship building, while representing the warmth, high standards, and excitement of the Dogtopia brand. The PRM generates new business, manages leads, conducts Meet & Greets, converts prospective customers into enrolled customers, and builds lasting relationships with dog parents. The role is accountable for specific KPIs, including lead conversions, sales conversions to enrollment, and pet parent retention. It also leads the front-of-house team, ensuring team members are properly trained and deliver excellent customer service and operational performance. Dogtopia describes its purpose as enhancing the joy of dog parenthood through clean, safe, and educational dog daycare, and enabling dogs to positively change the world through the Dogtopia Foundation. The company highlights a fun, fast-paced work environment focused on team culture, health, and safety.
