Pet Parent Relationship Manager

5G Dogtopia•Northville, MI

About The Position

The Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) is the welcoming face of the business and a key driver of growth. The role owns the dog-parent journey from first interaction through enrollment and ongoing relationship building, while representing Dogtopia’s warmth, high standards, and excitement. It is a sales, relationship-building, marketing, and community-facing position, not simply a front-desk role. The PRM creates opportunities, follows up with prospects, converts qualified leads, promotes current offers, and helps build local community presence to support store growth. The PRM also leads the front-of-house team, ensuring team members are trained, deliver excellent customer service, represent the Dogtopia brand, and meet operational expectations. Dogtopia describes its purpose as enhancing the joy of dog parenthood through clean, safe, educational dog daycare and helping dogs become better canine citizens through socializing, exercising, and educating. Its Dogtopia Foundation supports service dogs for returning service veterans, youth literacy programs, and employment initiatives for adults with autism. The position offers a stated salary of $17–$20 plus incentives. The posting also describes flexible schedules, competitive base pay plus bonuses and incentives, and a team-oriented work environment focused on health and safety.
