About The Position

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a Parent Partnership Coordinator (BCBA) for a hybrid role. This position focuses on coaching parents as collaborators and building relationships with community referral partners. The company emphasizes a philosophy where happy, supported families and clinicians lead to better outcomes. The role involves a manageable caseload, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional development within a neurodiversity-affirming, play-based ABA practice using NDBI methods. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in various settings, including community outreach and parent coaching, and will contribute to shaping the company's family-centered approach.

Requirements

BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Michigan state licensure
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
A natural ability to build trust and rapport — with families and with outside organizations
Comfort being a visible, relationship-driven presence in the community, not just in session
Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
Passion for family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming practice

Responsibilities

Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week, delivering NDBI-based services across home, school, and community settings.
Coach parents and caregivers as genuine collaborators.
Design and lead parent training and support groups at our Hub.
Represent SenseSational in the community: build relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs, and other referral partners.
Help shape our outward-facing marketing around parent partnership and family-centered care.
Gather parent feedback to continuously improve our coaching approach.
