About The Position
Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens (Winder-Barrow) is hiring a Membership Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for parents, guardians, and visitors, in person and by phone. You'll manage our membership tracking system, program registration, general inquiries, and help families navigate our online systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers/online systems
- Must pass a background check
- Mandated Reporter certification required (training provided if needed)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, guardians, and visitors, in person and by phone.
- Manage the membership tracking system.
- Manage program registration.
- Handle general inquiries.
- Assist families in navigating online systems.
