Join our team! We are hiring for the role of Partnership Coordinator in the Parks and Recreation Department! Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F and/or evenings/weekends as assigned. Responsibilities

Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships that directly benefit Parks and Recreation programs, events, facilities, golf, and initiatives.
Develop and implement partnerships through completion.
Prepare agreements, negotiate terms, and monitor approved sponsorships.
Source grant opportunities and write grant proposals.
Collaborate with the Recreation Division to write, edit, and design sponsorship materials and campaigns, reports, and press releases.
Assist in preparing annual budget.
Develop and maintain volunteer partnerships.
Collaborate with the Parks Foundation and other City departments to align efforts and priorities.
Represent Department at various meetings.
Maintain data and prepare reports and briefings.
