About The Position

Seneca is seeking a compassionate Parent Partner to provide peer support and advocacy for youth and families receiving services. A family-based team addresses the needs of the whole family and may include family members, Seneca therapists, youth counselors, Parent Partners, facilitators, and community members. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a hybrid, client-driven schedule. Services are provided in person, while documentation may be completed remotely. Voluntary on-call shifts are available.
