About The Position

The Little Gym of Issaquah is seeking a Parent Child Instructor who has tons of energy, loves kids, and is looking for a way to give back to the community. This role involves teaching classes based on a proven curriculum, building relationships with parents and children, and providing outstanding customer service. The position offers opportunities for advancement and making a positive impact on the growth and development of children and families.

Requirements

Be a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's.
Have a background in Early Childhood Development.
Have background in gymnastics, dance, or education.
Be great at public speaking.
Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too.
Be voted most likely to be in a good mood.
Love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.

Responsibilities

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Build relationships with parents and children ages 4 months to 3 years old.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community.
Make a difference in the lives of our teammates.
