Requirements

• A genuine love of working with children
• A bubbly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills with both kids and adults
• High energy, hustle, and the ability to lead a room
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Availability for a consistent weekly schedule
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience with children (teaching, coaching, camps, daycare, nannying, child development, OT, etc.)
• Gymnastics, dance, cheer, fitness, athletics, martial arts, or related experience

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching method
• Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where kids can build confidence and skills
• Deliver an outstanding experience for children and parents
• Lead classes, birthday parties, and other gym activities with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Help children learn through movement, play, and purposeful instruction
