About The Position

At Circle of Care, Inc., we're on a mission to spread Christian help, healing, and hope across Oklahoma and we're on the lookout for a talented individual to join us as the Director of Parent to Parent Program. This position is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and supervision of the Parent to Parent Program. This role includes overseeing the implementation of the program, ensuring effective service delivery, staff supervision, community engagement, and program development.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • At least five years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the social services, child welfare, family support, community outreach program or related field.
  • Pass a thorough background check, Department of Transportation check, pre-employment physical, and drug test as required.
  • Possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
  • A Strong communicator with practical facilitation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
  • Focused on community engagement and staff supervision.
  • Capability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with families, community partners, and staff.
  • Ability to work on-call to respond to campus emergencies as necessary.
  • Ability to travel as required for program management and community engagement.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a commitment to working in a social service setting

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the P2P program, ensuring the program meets their objectives and align with Circle of Care’s mission, vision, and Core values. This includes overseeing curriculum implementation, case management, and support services.
  • Provide direct leadership and supervision to the P2P Coordinators. Ensure effective program delivery and support staff development in multiple locations within Cherokee and Tulsa County.
  • Develop and execute annual plans with clear, measurable goals. Address program needs such as training, community outreach, and enhancements.
  • Actively engage with the local community to promote the program. Conduct outreach, presentations, and tours to build partnerships and increase program visibility. Oversee all 34 counties in which the P2P program covers.
  • Lead regular staff meetings to address programmatic and personnel challenges and successes, encourage team-based solutions, and maintain accurate records. Support routine administrative functions as needed.
  • Research and pursue additional funding opportunities for the program. Communicate funding needs and opportunities to the Circle of Care Development Team.
  • Ensure that resources and support are available for mentors navigating challenging situations. Coordinate with community services and provide advocacy as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with program requirements and reporting standards. Communicate program progress and needs to the Director of Prevention Services regularly.
  • Monitor and track contract compliance; including mentor and parent referrals, Subcontractor invoices, onboarding process, and other related activities.
