About The Position

The Little Gym of Federal Way is seeking a Parent Child Instructor who has tons of energy, loves kids, and is looking for a way to give back to the community. This role involves teaching classes based on a proven curriculum, building relationships with parents and children aged 4 months to 3 years, and providing outstanding customer service. The position offers opportunities for advancement and training, with the potential for additional hours and leadership roles within the company. The Little Gym is a global leader in child enrichment and physical development.

Requirements

Background in Early Childhood Development.
Background in gymnastics, dance, or education.
Great at public speaking.
Love to serve and make others feel good.
Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too.
Voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates.
Ability to have fun but also buckle down and do work.

Open to being a goofball and giving (air) high 5's.

Responsibilities

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Build relationships with parents and children ages 4 months to 3 years old.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Lead and make a positive impact on the growth and development of children and families.
Act like a dinosaur (optional, but encouraged for fun).
