About The Position
If you love being active, enjoy working with kids, and want a job where fun and purpose come together every day, this might be exactly what you’re looking for. We are looking for a Lead Instructor to take ownership of classes and help lead the “Serious Fun” experience at The Little Gym of East Cobb.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available on weekends
Nice To Haves
- Experience in gymnastics, PE, education, or child development is a plus—but not required
- Love working with kids and naturally bring energy and positivity
- Enjoy being active, moving, and not sitting at a desk all day
- Have a warm personality that kids and parents connect with
- Take pride in helping others grow and succeed
- Can have fun, but also stay focused and responsible when needed
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, high-energy classes using our proven curriculum (we’ll fully train you)
- Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for every child, every class
- Deliver excellent customer experience—our families are part of our community
- Bring consistency, structure, and fun to every session
- Treat every child like it’s their first class—every time they walk in
