About The Position

The Little Gym of West Seattle is seeking a responsive recruiter for a Gymnastics Coach position. This role involves teaching children aged 4 months to 12 years through movement-based learning and imaginative play, aiming to build their confidence and skills. The position is with Somersault Operating, a franchisee that operates 30 The Little Gym locations across 8 states and plans to expand. The company is dedicated to the growth and development of children and is looking for fun, outgoing individuals to make a difference in their community.

Requirements

Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!

Responsibilities

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week.
