Weekday Shift Paratransit Driver
About The Position
Transit Team, Inc. is hiring a Paratransit Driver in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The role involves safely operating a Metro Mobility vehicle and helping passengers travel with independence, mobility, and connection. Drivers provide customer service, assist passengers and secure mobility devices when needed, follow routes and schedules, and inspect vehicles. Paid training is provided, including for candidates who do not have a CDL. The listed weekday schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, though schedules may vary based on route and operational needs. Pay is $23.00 per hour. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and at least one year of driving experience.
- Safe and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to pass a background check and a 5-panel drug screen.
- Ability to complete and pass a DOT physical.
- Ability to safely perform essential duties, including walking, bending, sitting, standing, and assisting passengers as needed.

- Familiarity with the Twin Cities metropolitan area is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Metro Mobility vehicle.
