About The Position
Eagle Crest Charter Academy is hiring a Paraprofessional to support students in Holland, Michigan. The school serves students in Young 5 through grade 8 and uses a Dean support model. The role provides instructional assistance to students needing academic intervention and supports students' academic, moral, and social development. The Paraprofessional assesses student abilities and assists with individual or group instruction under the direction of the classroom teacher and designated instructional leader. The role also involves implementing a results-driven curriculum, attending professional development and articulation meetings, and collaborating with classroom teachers and parents as required.
Requirements
- Must meet state requirements for being a Title 1 paraprofessional.
- Knowledge of and ability to assist in teaching reading, writing, and/or mathematics.
- Understanding of and ability to navigate technical systems.

Responsibilities
