About The Position

The Paramedical Instructor at Kentucky School of Phlebotomy, part of Branwell Education Group, provides community-focused instruction and specialized training in phlebotomy and related health careers. The instructor creates an engaging, supportive learning environment and helps students develop the skills and knowledge needed for healthcare careers. This role is part-time and on-site in Louisville, Kentucky, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour (DEO).

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 3 years of experience in Medical Assisting, EMT, RN, or a similar clinical field.
Exhibit exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate adaptability, openness to learning and feedback, and a commitment to improvement.
Show passion for the allied healthcare field, teaching, and empowering students.
Demonstrate honesty, accountability, confidence, reliability, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and grade student assignments in a timely and constructive manner.
Promote and exemplify academic integrity.
Guide and support students in achieving their academic and professional goals.
Respond to student inquiries by email and phone in a timely manner.
Process student payments accurately and manage required documentation according to school policies.
Follow school policies and OSHA safety guidelines.
Help ensure a secure and supportive learning environment.
Follow Branwell Education Group’s curriculum and comply with state and accreditation standards.
Instruct students in the proper handling and use of lab equipment to promote safety and skill development.
