About The Position

The Mobile Phlebotomist/Paramedical Examiner is a part-time, on-call, at-will role with flexible scheduling. Collectors choose the days, hours, and areas in which they are available and manage their own availability calendar. Collections are performed at an individual’s home, workplace, or another specified location. The work involves collecting medical histories, performing venipuncture, taking manual blood pressure and other vitals, and collecting urine specimens. EKG experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active CPT-1 phlebotomy license in California.
• Have at least 100 successful practical blood draws; this will be verified before onboarding.
• Be skilled in taking manual blood pressures and pulses.
• Have reliable transportation and current auto insurance, unless using public transportation in a large metropolitan area.
• Have access to a personal computer, internet, cell phone, printer, and scanner.

Nice To Haves

• EKG experience.
• Bilingual ability.
