About The Position

The Mobile Phlebotomist/Paramedical Examiner works as a part-time, on-call, at-will mobile collector. The collector chooses the days, hours, and areas in which they are available and manages their own availability calendar. Collections are performed at an individual’s home, workplace, or another specified location. The work involves collecting medical histories, performing venipuncture, taking manual blood pressure and vitals, and collecting urine specimens. EKG experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• Current, active CPT-1 phlebotomist license in the State of California.
• At least 100 successful practical blood draws; this will be verified before onboarding.
• Skill in taking manual blood pressure readings and pulses.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance, unless using public transportation in a large metropolitan area.
• Own computer, internet access, cell phone, printer, and scanner.

Nice To Haves

• EKG experience.
• Bilingual ability.
