About The Position

This is a part-time, on-call, at-will mobile collection role. Collectors choose the days, hours, and areas in which they are available and manage their own availability calendar. Collections are performed at an individual's home, workplace, or another specified location. The role involves gathering information and specimens for paramedical exams supporting the insurance industry.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active CPT-1 phlebotomy license in California.
• Have completed at least 100 successful practical blood draws; this experience must be verified before onboarding.
• Be skilled in taking manual blood pressures and pulses.
• Have reliable transportation and current auto insurance, unless using public transportation in a large metropolitan area.
• Have access to a computer, internet, cell phone, printer, and scanner.

Nice To Haves

• EKG experience.
• Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical histories.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens.
• Take manual blood pressure readings, pulses, and other vital signs.
• Collect urine specimens.
• Perform collections at individuals’ homes, workplaces, or other specified locations.
