About The Position

Kentucky School of Phlebotomy, part of Branwell Education Group, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated instructor for its Louisville, Kentucky school. The instructor will contribute to a supportive learning environment and help students develop the knowledge and skills to pursue careers in healthcare. The role follows Branwell Education Group’s curriculum and supports compliance with state and accreditation standards. This is an on-site, part-time position with compensation of $20–$24 per hour (DEO).

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 3 years of experience in Medical Assisting, EMT, RN, or a similar clinical field.
Adapt quickly, embrace learning, and welcome feedback.
Demonstrate commitment to the allied healthcare field and a passion for teaching and empowering students.
Act with honesty and accountability.
Lead confidently and create a positive environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and grade student assignments in a timely and constructive manner.
Promote and exemplify academic integrity.
Guide and support students in achieving their academic and professional goals.
Respond to student inquiries by email and phone in a timely manner.
Process student payments accurately and manage required documentation in accordance with school policies.
Follow school policies and OSHA safety guidelines to help ensure a secure and supportive learning environment.
Deliver the Branwell Education Group curriculum in compliance with state and accreditation standards.
Teach students the proper handling and use of laboratory equipment, supporting safety and skill development.
Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
