Requirements

At least three years of experience in family law.
Proficiency in legal software and tools.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple cases and ensuring the completeness of discovery materials.
A detail-oriented mindset for preparing accurate legal documentation and reports required by the court.

Responsibilities

Drafting critical documents such as petitions for dissolution, summons, and affidavits, alongside temporary motions and property settlement agreements.
Performing essential administrative tasks like arranging for the service of documents, managing court filings, and scheduling hearings.
Collaborating virtually with attorneys and clients to complete domestic relations questionnaires and prepare detailed financial documentation for guardianship cases.
Tracking deadlines, organizing discovery materials, and providing comprehensive support to guardians, ensuring all necessary reports and accountings are accurately prepared for court requirements.
