About The Position

Voith Paper is hiring a Paper Machine Roll Prep Specialist in Neenah, Wisconsin. This is a second-shift role, scheduled from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with a set shift and no rotation. The position prepares paper machine rolls and components for processing and shipment, using automated equipment and material-handling equipment while following company quality procedures and work instructions.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude.
Basic computer literacy.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating cranes, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment; desired but not required.
Previous experience with paper machine rolls.

Responsibilities

Strip and repaint paper machine roll components.
Operate automated roll-washing equipment.
Perform roll shipping and receiving functions using overhead cranes.
Load rolls and parts into lathes and other processing equipment.
Operate a forklift to move parts and materials throughout the facility.
Package rolls and parts for shipment.
Perform job requirements according to procedures in the VOITH Quality Manual, company procedures, and work instructions.
Report problems to higher levels of authority as required by the Quality System.
Perform other duties as assigned.
