The Pantry Person is responsible for preparing food items at assigned kitchen pantry stations, ensuring menu quality and consistency. This role involves preparing vegetables, fruits, sandwiches, salads, juices, and other cold food items according to established standards. The Pantry Person also ensures that kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in safe and sanitary conditions and promotes positive public relations. This position may perform other duties as assigned.
