About The Position

This role involves greeting and seating customers, ensuring stations are set up efficiently and maintained, assisting with customer complaints, stocking and setting tables, and promoting positive public relations. The position requires the ability to perform essential physical and mental functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year of appropriate experience.
• Good appearance and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential physical functions including standing, walking, kneeling, lifting (max 20 lbs), pushing (max 20 lbs), pulling (max 20 lbs), carrying (max 20 lbs), bending, stooping, climbing stairs, finger dexterity, full use of both hands, balancing, twisting, reaching (max 7 ft), working around people, hearing conversation, hearing high acuity, speaking clearly, seeing near, seeing far, seeing – depth perception, and seeing - color vision.
• Ability to perform essential mental functions including writing English, reading English, speaking English, working under pressure/stress, speaking with guests/customers, speaking with employees, working with basic math skills, making decisions based on facts, making decisions based on data, making decisions based on personal judgment, making accurate measurements according to set standards, and planning and/or supervising the activities of others.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats customers in a cordial manner.
• Ensures that stations are set up neatly and efficiently.
• Inspects stations regularly to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Assists in adjusting customer complaints as directed.
• Ensures that stations are fully stocked and tables set at the end of shift.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
