We are seeking Licensed Appraisers in NY, NJ, GA, PA, CT to join our team. This role involves completing high-quality residential property appraisals, meeting established turnaround times while maintaining accuracy, and communicating professionally with clients, lenders, and team members. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with USPAP and all applicable industry standards, and manage appraisal assignments efficiently and independently.

Requirements

• Active State Certified Residential, Licensed or Certified General Appraisal license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Experience with appraisal software preferred
