This role involves the safe and efficient operation of packing and palletizing equipment. You will perform routine equipment adjustments, physical hand-stacking of product, and clean up and rework when needed. You will also verify and validate information, identify and effectively communicate any out-of-specification product conditions, and accurately and neatly complete production records and documents. Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial, ensuring that all safety, security, quality, and food safety policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated work history
• Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to meet physical demands required for the position (stand, walk, bend, stoop and climb; able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to work in hot and cold environments and around moving equipment; good visual acuity with ability to distinguish colors)
