Palletizer Operator (6pm - 6:30am)

This role involves the safe and efficient operation of packing and palletizing equipment, performing routine adjustments, hand-stacking of product, and clean-up/rework as needed. The position requires verifying and validating information, identifying and communicating out-of-specification product conditions, and accurately completing production records. Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all safety, security, quality, and food safety policies and procedures is crucial.
Requirements
- Demonstrated work history
- Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet physical demands required for the position (stand, walk, bend, stoop and climb; able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to work in hot and cold environments and around moving equipment; good visual acuity with ability to distinguish colors)
Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of packing and palletizing equipment.
- Perform routine equipment adjustments, physical hand-stacking of product, clean up and rework when needed.
- Verify and validate information and identify and effectively communicate any out-of-specification product conditions.
- Accurately and neatly complete production records and documents.
- Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all safety, security, quality and food safety policies and procedures are followed.
