About The Position
The Pallet Puller transports pallets between the warehouse, production floor, and distribution center. The role supports production by moving pallets and packaging materials, wrapping loaded pallets, and maintaining electric jacks and a clean, orderly work area. The position is in a refrigerated food manufacturing plant, where conditions may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F. Repetitive lifting of packages weighing more than 25 pounds is required. Production demands may require overtime and evening or weekend scheduling.
Requirements
- Pallet jack or forklift experience is required.
- Repetitive lifting of packages weighing more than 25 pounds is required.

Responsibilities
- Transport pallets from the packaging line to the distribution center.
- Deliver empty pallets to the production line.
- Deliver packaging materials to the production line.
- Wrap loaded pallets according to company guidelines.
- Ensure electric jacks are in working order and report problems to the maintenance department.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
