About The Position

The Pallet Puller transports pallets and materials between the warehouse, production floor, and distribution center. The role moves loaded pallets from packaging lines to the distribution center, supplies production lines with empty pallets and packaging materials, and wraps loaded pallets according to company guidelines. The Pallet Puller also checks electric jacks, reports problems to maintenance, keeps the work area orderly, and follows safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Regular attendance and punctuality are required. The position is based in a refrigerated food manufacturing plant, where conditions may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F. Repetitive lifting of packages weighing more than 25 pounds is required. Production demands may require overtime and evening or weekend scheduling.

Requirements

• Pallet jack or forklift experience is required.
• Repetitive lifting of packages weighing more than 25 pounds is required.

Nice To Haves

• English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
