About The Position

The Paintline Loader loads parts onto the line according to sales order, color, and any special criteria. The role requires keeping up with line speed while loading parts densely and positioning them so they do not hold water. The employee may rotate to different positions as needed and communicates with team members. Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to take direction.
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to differentiate parts of different colors.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read prints.
• Flexible in work schedule and able to work 10 hours a day for a 4–6 month period.
• Take ownership and pride in delivering a high-quality product.
• Maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load parts densely while keeping up with the line speed.
• Load parts so they do not hold water.
• Rotate to different positions when needed.

• Use labels to identify part colors.
• Understand the QCDSM boards and contribute to continuous improvement activities in the department.
