About The Position

Painters prepare and protect work areas, correct surface imperfections, apply appropriate paint materials, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. They are expected to complete projects within allotted productivity times and achieve at least a Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards. All Fresh Coat painters must complete a background check.

Responsibilities
- Protect surrounding areas with appropriate coverings.
- Prepare surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections.
- Apply the correct paint material coverage to clean surfaces.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete projects within allotted productivity time and meet deadlines.
- Achieve a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.
- Follow work orders and direction.
- Follow all health and safety protocols.
- Work as part of a team.
