About The Position

Clean Team is seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaning Associate for its night-shift operations in the Bad Axe area. The role involves routine cleaning and custodial care across various commercial facilities, helping maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for client staff, visitors, and customers. The position is part-time and offers predictable evening hours and consistent scheduling.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation for punctual shift arrivals.
• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision after completing initial training.

Responsibilities

• Dust, wipe down, and sanitize office desks, conference tables, counters, door handles, and common touchpoints.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum carpeted and hard-surface floors in offices, hallways, breakrooms, and lobbies.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and restock soap, paper products, and sanitary supplies.
• Empty waste receptacles, replace trash liners, and haul refuse to designated exterior dumpster areas.
• Follow client security protocols, lock exterior doors, arm alarm systems, and ensure the facility is secure at the end of each shift.
