About The Position

Monarch Landing is hiring a full-time, hospitality-minded Painter for its Plant Operations Team at its Life Plan Community in Naperville, Illinois. The Painter performs responsive, accurate, and efficient painting and wall-covering work in resident apartments and common areas, including interior and exterior maintenance of painted areas across the community campus. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and pays $24 per hour.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience painting in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

Paint resident apartments and common areas.
Perform interior and exterior maintenance of painted areas across the community campus.
Complete painting and wall-covering work responsively, accurately, and efficiently.
