About The Position

Join the Polo Towers team as a Painter, helping maintain and enhance the resort’s appearance through high-quality painting and finishing work. The 829-room resort is located near the Las Vegas Strip and includes a rooftop pool, fitness center, and spa. This role offers the opportunity to apply painting skills in a hospitality setting, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Requirements

• Proven painting experience and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions.
• Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet.
• Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to grasp, stoop, and reach overhead.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality experience in a resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and wallpapering tasks to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceilings, and external structures.
• Maintain inventory of paint and painting supplies.
• Ensure painting equipment and tools function properly.
• Assist other maintenance staff with special projects as directed.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols.
• Perform other duties as required by the leader.
