About The Position

Lorien Harmony Hall is hiring a Painter to maintain and refresh interior and exterior surfaces through painting, touch-ups, and related repairs. The role supports a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors in an occupied assisted living and healthcare setting. The schedule is full-time, on days, and requires flexibility.

Requirements

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be flexible with the full-time day schedule.

Responsibilities

Paint and touch up interior and exterior walls, doors, trim, ceilings, and other building surfaces.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and repairing minor imperfections.
Select and apply appropriate paints and coatings for each area, following facility requirements.
Protect residents, staff, visitors, furniture, and equipment from dust, fumes, spills, and work areas.
Follow infection-prevention, safety, and facility procedures while working in occupied healthcare spaces.
Coordinate work with facility staff to minimize disruption to care and daily activities.
Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean, orderly, and secure.
Report damage or maintenance concerns that need additional attention.
