About The Position

Ring's End, Inc. is hiring a full-time Paint Sales Associate in Stamford, Connecticut, to support retail operations. The role involves moving merchandise from the point of order through customer receipt, providing direct and indirect customer service, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom. The associate checks shipments and store orders for accuracy, completeness, and condition, and checks incoming and outgoing shipments. Additional work includes keeping accurate records and files, preparing the store for opening and closing, maintaining merchandise in good condition, guiding other workers, and helping where needed. The position also involves delivering merchandise to customer homes and job sites.

Requirements

• Be flexible and adaptable to changes that may affect the position.
• Be able to count quickly and use simple addition.
• Be able to meet physical requirements, including lifting 100 pounds and standing all day.
• Be able to use current technology and learn new programs.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

• Be self-motivated, work well with others, and take pride in quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
