About The Position

The Paint Mixer (Tinter) prepares paint orders to match customers’ selected colors. The role begins with preparing the tint machine, logging in to review assigned workload, and using an electric pallet jack to retrieve paint bases from the warehouse. The employee follows computer-based formulas to tint assigned orders, verifies color matches, returns products to pallets, completes paperwork including printing bills of lading (BOLs), wraps pallets, and moves them to the designated shipping-preparation location.

This is a first-shift, full-time position. The role involves repetitive, fast-paced work while maintaining quality, standing throughout the shift, and lifting paint cans or cases weighing up to 75 pounds several times a day. Safety glasses must be worn while tinting.

Responsibilities
