About The Position

PV Finishing, part of Owen Industries, is hiring a Paint Line Product Handler for its powder coating operation in Carter Lake, Iowa. The role involves hanging, inspecting, and moving parts through the paint line while maintaining quality, safety, and production flow. The work environment is warm. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a four-day work week and three-day weekends. Occasional Friday overtime may be available as workload permits. Starting pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential, for an effective rate of $20–$23 per hour. Benefits begin on the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Responsibilities

Hang and unhang parts carefully and precisely, following the Paint System Tech’s workflow.
Ensure parts are properly spaced and positioned on the line for even, consistent coating coverage.
Inspect each piece for quality issues such as light spots, drips, and inconsistencies, and flag pieces that do not meet standards.
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
Support the team in keeping production on schedule.
