About The Position

Allegion is hiring a Paint Handler to support paint operations by handling frames and sticks, identifying and loading or unloading stock, OEM, or customer materials, and performing material handling tasks. The role involves operating equipment as instructed by a supervisor and working in a fast-paced team environment. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but training and development support are available. This is a first-shift position with a starting pay of $17.62 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand directions for production assignments and interpret customer orders.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area and follow quality and safety requirements.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to pass all required drug screens and background checks.
• Team-player attitude.
