Paint Line Unloader
About The Position
The Paint Line Unloader removes weldments from the paint line conveyor, inspects them for quality, removes plugs and masking, and places parts on carts, pallets, or racks. The role also involves removing hooks from weldments and rehanging them on a hook rack by size, documenting and processing reorders, wrapping and boxing parts, completing order sheets, and operating a hoist. The position pays $21.50–$24.25 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and participation in a production bonus plan subject to production goals and other criteria. The schedule is 4/10. Full-time team members are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, subject to applicable plan documents and policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Effectively communicate.
- Read and understand work instructions.
- Frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Push and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Walk, stand, bend, twist or turn, reach overhead, and grasp tools as necessary.
- Operate a hoist.
