About The Position

We’re looking for a data-driven, highly motivated Paid Social Advertising Contractor to help manage the execution for paid social platforms, and any other new advertising channel needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing paid social; LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social accounts.
• Practical knowledge and understanding of paid social platforms (Facebook/LinkedIn), how to setup campaigns, create audiences, and strategize.
• Analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making
• Excel/Google Sheets experience in data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience in landing page optimization, ad, and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements
• Ability to multitask, balance, and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to assist on different projects, accounts, and campaign needs

Nice To Haves

• Experience specifically in B2B marketing - ideally SAAS
• Experience in FinTech or the financial/accounting industry
• Experience with CRM systems - especially Salesforce
• Experience with Enterprise reporting and BI tools - especially Tableau

Responsibilities

• Help manage the day-to-day of BILL’s paid social, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, optimizing for lead and pipeline generation
• Identifying trends in our own data, utilizing tools like platform data, Salesforce, and Tableau, as well as in the market, to optimize spend and performance-based insights
• Spending time in accounts setting up and optimizing campaigns, ad sets, audiences, ads, bids, exclusions, A/B tests, and more
• Assisting other paid managers in various paid platforms by executing tasks, campaign maintenance, pulling data, analyzing reports, and enhancing performance
• Help oversee campaign budgets and performance for all paid advertising channels
• Staying up to date on product releases, betas, marketing trends, strategies in the industry that can benefit advertising channels
• Analyzing reports, data, performance trends and recommending the necessary changes to work towards improving performance
