About The Position

OuterBox is seeking new Paid Media Associates to join their award-winning team. This is a full-time, salaried career launch opportunity designed for individuals who are curious about paid advertising, data-driven, and ready to contribute from the start. The program includes 12 weeks of structured, hands-on training within the Search Marketing Grad Program, where participants will learn from experienced professionals, work with real client accounts, and build a foundation for a career in digital marketing. Upon successful completion of training, associates will transition to a Specialist role, managing their own client portfolio. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person work at the Houston, TX office twice a week or as needed for training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Excel) for data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Houston or the surrounding area.
  • Must be located in the USA.
  • U.S. work authorization required.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework, personal projects, certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.), or internship experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Train alongside a cohort of new graduates in a structured, full-time program, participating in live sessions, building real campaigns, shadowing client meetings, and receiving feedback.
  • Learn the fundamentals of paid search, paid social, and digital advertising, including how businesses use them to drive leads and revenue.
  • Understand campaign strategy frameworks such as keyword research, campaign architecture, ad copy, and budget management.
  • Develop skills in reading performance data, evaluating lead quality, and communicating findings to clients.
  • Gain proficiency with platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Learn how paid media and SEO integrate to enhance search visibility.
  • Understand the impact of AI on digital marketing and how to leverage it effectively.
  • Build and launch paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta.
  • Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for optimal performance and budget efficiency.
  • Write and test ad copy aligned with client goals and platform best practices.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, and budget allocation.
  • Manage bid strategies and implement optimizations to improve ROAS and lead quality.
  • Perform quality assurance on campaign assets, tracking parameters, and platform configurations prior to launch.
  • Analyze lead quality using Loop Analytics and CallRail to inform strategy.
  • Contribute to client reporting by pulling data, building narratives, and communicating results.
  • Manage a growing portfolio of client accounts, progressing towards full ownership and a Strategist role.
