• Enroll in the Paid Social academy for a 12-week training program
• Design, create, and manage high-performance ad campaigns on core Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Develop strong analytical skills and turn insights into action
• Contribute to the strategy of Paid Social and continuous innovation
• Work closely with channel account managers
• Gain insights into campaign execution, strategy, and emerging trends
• Embrace learning opportunities and resilience in testing and experimentation
• Be proactive and adaptable to changing tasks
• Utilize data to draw valuable insights and improve ad performance
• Stay inquisitive and constantly question current practices and seek improvement
• Communicate challenges and opportunities effectively with colleagues
• Content creation, particularly in short-form video content, is a plus
• Previous digital marketing experience is beneficial
• Proficiency in Excel for analyzing campaign performance data
