As a Paid Media Supervisor, you will lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of multi-channel paid media campaigns across a variety of digital advertising platforms. This role is responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making, competitive analysis, budget management, and continuous campaign optimization. Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, you will present performance insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and private equity partners, while ensuring campaigns consistently exceed client goals and expectations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on practitioner with a passion for analytics, emerging technologies, AI-driven marketing innovations, and delivering exceptional client results. In addition to managing client success, you will provide leadership and mentorship to the Paid Media team by serving as a role model, subject matter expert, and people leader. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you will help drive the department’s growth and evolution through training, coaching, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This position requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to travel quarterly for on-site client business reviews, executive presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
